摘要
小学生在语文学习能力上存在着不同的差异,但许多老师在教学上往往"搞统一","一刀切"。探究"差异教学"失位的原因,结合教学实例,从教学目标分层化、课堂教学多样化、作业设计弹性化、考试制度灵活化、评价机制多元化等方面入手,探讨改变语文学科"差异教学"失位现象策略,希望能对改进语文教学有所帮助。
There are differences in primary school students learning Chinese, however, many teachers make the teaching rigidly uniform. The paper tries to figure out the reasons of lacking difference teaching by studying cases from the aspects of teaching goals stratified, classroom teaching varied, flexible homework design and examination setting, plural assessments to put forward countermeasures in order to change the current situation, hoping to improve primary school Chinese teaching.
