摘要
在硫酸催化下将顺酐渣水解为马来酸,再用溴化钾-双氧水使马来酸异构化,经后处理回收高纯度富马酸。通过正交实验获得回收富马酸的最优反应条件是:25g顺酐渣,1.63mmol硫酸、1.68mmol溴化钾、1.67mol水、0.265mmol双氧水,加热回流150min,经脱色重结晶处理,回收率为19.7%,纯度为99.5%。通过熔点测定、红外光谱对产物性质和结构进行了表征,用液相色谱测定了产物的纯度。
This paper reported a recovery technique o{ industrial wastes. Fumaric acid was recycled by hydrolysis with sulfuric acid and isomerization with KBr-H2O2 from maleic anhydride residues. The reaction conditions were optimized by orthogonally arranged experiments. They were: 25 g of maleie anhydride residues, 1.63 mmol of sulfuric acid, 1.68 mmol of potassium bromide, 1.67 mol of water, 0. 265 mmol of hydrogen peroxide, and refluxing for 150 min. After recrystallized in hot water, the recovery of fumaric acid was 19.7%, and the purity was 99.5%. The structure and property of the product was characterized by IR and melting point measurement. The purity was determined by HPLC.
