摘要
通过对碳酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换法反应合成碳酸二苯酯的研究,寻找最佳的反应条件.实验结果表明反应在160~180℃下,苯酚、碳酸二甲酯与催化剂的摩尔比为4:1:0.016,反应时间为12h,碳酸二苯酯的产率可以达到40%以上,经碱洗、重结晶处理后纯度可以达到99.0%.
The synthesis of the purified diphenyl carbonate by ester exchange is studied, and its optimum reaction conditions are presented. When the mole ratio of phenol,DMC and catalyst is 4:1:0.016 and the reaction time is 12 h under 160℃-180℃,the production rate of the diphenyl carbonate can achieve above 40% and its purity can achieve 99.0% after alkaline washing and recrystallisation.
