摘要 病理学是以形态学为基础的桥梁学科,需要掌握的知识很多,实际教学中存在许多问题,如教学课时少,任务重,学生易产生厌倦心理等。为帮助学生学好病理学,优化教学方法,提高教学效果,充分发挥病理学的桥梁作用,本课题引入PCMC教学模式,以病理学第二课堂为载体,按本科生导师的专业特长设置临床病例讨论课,以本校临床医学专业2007,2008级5年制本科和2007级八年制本科为研究对象,选择学生学习病理学的学期,每一年级分别进行,各年级随机选择20名学生为实验组,20名学生为对照组进行试验,用PCMC方法进行教学,并进行调查问卷。结果显示:采用PCMC教学模式有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,克服病理教学存在的问题,教学效果明显,值得在病理学教学中推广应用。 Pathology is a bridge subject with lots of knowledge basis on morphology between preclinical and clinical medicine.There are many problems in pathological teaching process such as less hours and more teaching task,and causing boredom.To help student learning pathology better,optimize teaching method,improve teaching effection,and bring fully bridge role play of pathology,we introduced problem originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC) in clinical pathological conffernce,combined with undergraduate tutorial system in pathological second class.20 students in experiment group and 20 students in control group were selected from 5 classes of every grade of 2007,2008 and 2009 clinical medicine students to enter the pathological second class autopsy cases discussion by PCMC teaching model while the semester they are learning pathology.The questionnaire of primary PCMC in the pathological second class showed a better effective in the aspects of learning interest and overcoming the problem in pathological teaching.It is worth of extending PCMC in pathological teaching.
