摘要
目的观察长春瑞滨联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法长春瑞滨25mg/m2,第1、8天静滴;DDP40mg,第1、2、3天滴注,21d为1个周期。最少应用两个周期。结果 CR0例,PR28例,SD26例,PD10例,有效率为43.75%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应及静脉炎。结论 NVB+DDP方案治疗NSCLC疗效较好,毒副反应较轻,可以耐受。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of combination chdmotaherapy with navelbine and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 32 patients with advanced NSCLC were accepted chemotherapy by vinorelbine 25 mg/m2 was dropped in 1st and 8th day and cisplatin 40 mg were dropped in 1st to 3th,21 days were one cycle,with at least two cycles.Results The overall rate was 43.75%.CR 0 case and PR 28 case,26 cases was stable and 10 patients was progressive.The mainly adverse reactions were myelo-suppression,digestive tract reaction and vein inflammation.Conclusion Combination chemotherapy with NVB and DDP were an effective method to treat advanced NSCLC,and toxicities were low.
