摘要
目的观察长春瑞滨(NVB)、联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法NVB25mg/m2,d1,d8,DDP30mg/m2,d1～3。结果全组22例,CR1例,PR11例。总有效率为54.5%,毒副反应主要是骨髓抑制和周围神经炎。结论NVB+DDP方案治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效较好,毒副反应可以耐受。
Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of advanced breast cancer treated with Navelbine(NVB)+Cisplatin(DDP).Method NVB 25 mg/m^2,iv on days 1,8.DDP 30 mg/m^2 iv on days 1-3.Results 22 cases in this group,in which CR 1,PR 11,the RR is 54.5%. The main toxicity was myelosuppression and peripheral neuritis.Conclusion NVB with DDP was an active and well tolerated regimen in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.
