摘要
提出用脱氧净化剂产生细小气泡去除夹杂物并同时生成低熔点液态复合氧化物吸附夹杂物的控制技术,用SiMo电阻炉进行了热态试验。结果表明,脱氧净化剂在高温下分解生成小气泡和小渣滴,去除了细小夹杂物,处理后钢中的氧化物夹杂物显著降低,全氧的质量分数最低达到19×10-6。
The inclusions in liquid steel were removed with fine dispersed heterophases induced by the deoxidizing purifyingagent in a SiMo furnace. The deoxidizing purifyingagent can produce both small bubble and low melting point compound deoxidation to attach the inclusions in the liquid steel. The results indicate that the number of oxide inclusions decreases to a lower level, and the total oxygen in the steel can approach to 19 × 10^-6.
