摘要
为了减少轮胎钢丝在冷拔时的断头,除要求控制钢的成分和纯度外,还要求控制钢中夹杂物的形态。E.T.Turkdogan认为锰铝石榴子石(spessartite)对减少断头有利。为了生成spessartite,在钢包内喂入16mm×7mm空心断面内的苏打石灰碎玻璃去除多余的Al2O3。G.M.Fauling认为用硅灰石作LF顶渣将spessartite变态为钙斜长石(anorthite)对冷拔性能更为有利。为了减少轮胎钢丝钢连铸大方坯的中心偏析应当采用MSR(mechanical soft reduction)。
In order to decrease wire breakage during cold drawing the morphology of inclusions in steel have to be controlled besides strict control of the chemical compositions and cleanliness of the liquid steel. E.T. Turkdogan believes that addition of spessartite will be beneficial to reduction of wire breakage and spessartite can be formed by feeding soda lime culler into the cored wire in section 16mm × 7mm to eliminate excess Al2O3 whereas G. H Fauling considers that use of wollastonite as slag former in LF to modify spessartite into anorthite will be better for improvement of the cold drawing property. In order to reduce the central segregation in the CC bloom for tire wire MRS (mechanical soft reduction) has to be adopted.
