摘要
按随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的原则将100名即将开始固定正畸治疗的患者分为2组,在正畸过程中每3个月使用1次1.23%的氟化泡沫或不含氟的安慰剂泡沫,采用激光荧光诊断仪DIAGNOdent pen对2组泡沫的预防效果进行对比观察。正畸结束时,1.23%氟化泡沫组和对照组的DIAGNOdent pen读数,分别增加3.79%和76.52%(P<0.01),表明1.23%的氟化泡沫对固定矫治过程中发生的釉质脱矿有明显的预防效果。
The study was designed as a random,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical trial.100 subjects were randomly assigned to a test group and placebo control group.1.23% fluoride foam and placebo foam without fluoride were topically used in the test and control groups respectively once every 3 months during the orthodontic treatment.The effects were observed by laser fluorescence DIAGNOdent pen.After treatment,the DIAGNOdent pen readings of test（n=45） and control（n=42） groups increased by 3.79% and 76.52% respectively（P0.01）.1.23% fluoride foam may prevent enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment.
