5脂氧化酶在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨5脂氧化酶（5-LOX）在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测74例乳腺癌（乳腺癌组）、24例癌旁组织（癌旁组）及18例正常乳腺组织（对照组）中5-LOX蛋白的表达；并分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果乳腺癌组74例中5-LOX阳性表达64例，明显高于癌旁组24例中阳性表达4例及正常乳腺组织18例中阳性表达2例（86．5％、16．7％及11．1％，χ2=70．029，P〈0．01）；5-LOX表达与肿瘤大小（Rs=0．375，P〈0．001）、组织学分级（Rs=0．236，P〈0．05）、临床分期（Rs=0．249，P〈0．05）、淋巴结转移（Rs=0．355，P〈0．01）呈正相关，与患者年龄、雌激素及孕激素受体情况无关。结论5-LOX蛋白与乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移有关，有可能作为独立指标判断乳腺癌预后。
