摘要
在国内外先进检测技术和相关标准的评价基础上,把模糊数学应用于管道腐蚀防护状况完整性评价过程当中。建立模糊综合评判模型,选择层次分析法和灰色关联分析法分别求取权重集,用隶属度函数法来解决单因素评价矩阵难以确定的难题,实现对各级影响因素的模糊化处理,经过模糊运算后对评价结果进行矢量化表示,从而对管道腐蚀防护状况进行完整性评价。此评价体系在中国特检院的实际应用中,取得了较好的效果。
Based on the assessment from the advanced inspection technology and relative standards,the fuzzy mathematics is used in the assessment process for the integrity of the corrosion and the protection system of the buried steel pipeline.Based on the Fuzzy integrate assessment model,this paper select the analytic hierarchy process and gray relative analysis method to acquire weight sets,used the membership function to solve the problem which could not be solved by single-factor evaluation matrix,to fuzzy process of factors which belong to different layers;after the fuzzy processing,the assessment result was the vectorization,and then this paper could to assess the condition of corrosion and protection system which was belong to buried steel pipeline.The effect acquired is well in the application of the practice by China special equipment inspection and research institute.
