摘要
介绍了我国长输管道外防腐层的应用情况,根据埋地管道外防腐层性能和防腐层选择的技术要求,对管道外防腐层的设计准则提出了一些看法。对管体防腐层配套补口技术存在的局限性、防腐层涂装作业条件与质量控制等问题进行了分析,提出了目前几种管道外防腐层应用中存在的问题和解决这些问题的方法。
The description on the application of external coating for long-distance pipeline in China is given in this article. Viewpoints upon the design criteria of external coating of pipelines is presented on the basis of technical requirements on the property and selection standards of external coating for buried pipelines. The authors analyze the technical limitations in necessary field coating for welded joint, coating operation and quality control,and put forward solutions for the application of external coating of pipelines.
