摘要
管道维修补强的方法可以归结为焊接类型、夹具类型和纤维复合材料类型三大类,其中碳纤维复合材料补强技术是综合性能最优良、最具有应用前景的管道维修补强技术。介绍了碳纤维复合材料维修补强技术及其补强原理,及其在油气管道、城镇燃气管道中的应用。实践证明:碳纤维复合材料修复补强缺陷管道具有免焊不动火和带压运行修复等优点,可有效降低管道维修的风险,但还需进一步对碳纤维复合材料补强层与管道间的电偶腐蚀行为进行研究。
The methods of pipeline defects repair technique can be categorized into three main types—the welding type,the clamping fixture type and the fibrous composite reinforcement type.The reinforcement technique with carbon fiber composite possesses the optimal combination properties and the widest application potentiality.The paper presents the technology of carbon fiber composite material used for repair,its working principle,and its application in oil gas transmission pipeline and gas-fired pipe.The results show that the carbon fiber composite system can be in-line used to repair the corroded pipe without any welding,which effectively decrease the risk in common repair operations.But the galvanic corrosion behavior between carbon fiber composite and metal pipelines should be researched.
