摘要
目的:比较齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2009年1月～2011年2月58例精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予齐拉西酮治疗,对照组给予利培酮治疗。根据PANSS评分,比较两组的阴、阳性症状评分及总分,临床疗效以及不良反应。结果:两组在治疗后,阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分以及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组的治愈率(62.07%)与总有效率(89.66%)均略高于对照组的治愈率(55.17%)与总有效率(86.21%)。但两组的治愈率与总有效率的比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组不良反应少于对照组,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效相似,但齐拉西酮不良反应发生的情况明显少于利培酮,有临床推广的意义。
Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods： 58 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Feb. 2011. The observation group was given ziprasidone. The control group was given risperidone. According to the PANSS score, compared the positive and negative symptom score and total score, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups. Results： Two groups after treatment, compared the positive symptom score, negative symptom score and total score, the difference had no significant （P0.05）; The cure rate （62.07%） and total effective （89.66%） in observation group were a little higher than the cure rate （55.17%） and total effective （86.21%） in control group. But compared the two groups in the cure rate and total effective, the difference had no significant（P0.05）. The adverse reactions in the observation group were less than in the control group, the observation was better than the control group clearly, and the difference in the two groups had statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion： Ziprasidone and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia clinical efficacy was similar, but the adverse reactions of ziprasidone is less than risperidone and have clinical significance.
