摘要
枸骨叶是苦丁茶的主要基源植物之一,作为日常保健饮品,具有减肥、强身健体的功效,其化学成分包括黄酮及其多酚类化合物、三萜及其皂苷和多种微量元素等。近年药理学研究表明,枸骨叶具有抗心肌缺血,降血脂、抗氧化、抗菌、免疫抑制,抗生育等广泛的药理作用。为了解枸骨叶与苦丁茶、十大功劳叶之间的关系,进一步深入研究枸骨叶的药效物质基础和作用机制,本文对枸骨叶的本草考证、化学成分、提取工艺、药理作用等方面进行综述,以期对今后枸骨叶的研究开发有所裨益。
Leaves of Ilex cornuta（LIC）are the main source of ″Kudingcha″,a daily healthy drink in China,with weight-loss and physical fitness effect.Chemical constituents of LIC include flavonoids,triterpenes and saponins,a variety of micro-ele-ments and so on.In recent years,pharmacological studies found out that LIC have many pharmacological effects such as anti-my-ocardial ischemia,lipid-lowering,antioxidant,antibacterial,immunosuppressive,anti-fertility activities and so on.In order to ex-plore the relationship between LIC and Mahonia Leaf,further study the effect material basis and the action mechanism of LIC,this paper reiviews the research advances in the materia medica study on chemical constituents,extraction and purification,and pharmacological activity of LIC.
