摘要 目的探讨用新鲜全血监测血液分析仪日内质量,从而达到保证全程质量控制和随机质量控制的目的。方法用正常新鲜血标本作为参考标本,用多次测定参考方式监控仪器的工作状态和判断当日测定结果的稳定性。结果参考标本在室温条件下白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及其参数8h内多次测定结果稳定,极差很小。白细胞分类中仅对相对数量较多的中性粒细胞(GR)和淋巴细胞(LY)进行监控,而单核细胞、嗜酸粒细胞和嗜碱粒细胞则因数量很少、稳定性差、变异大,很难得到理想的结果。结论在当日质控合格的情况下,选择一份新鲜全血标本,多次、按一定时间或一定间隔连续测定,监测仪器的工作状态,是一种可行的室内、日内质量控制方法,可以间接证明仪器在当日每个测定时段是否都保持着良好的精密度和稳定性。 Objective To investigate intraday quality control in the hematology analyzer using the fresh whole blood samples to monitor the analyzer to assure the whole procedure quality control and random quality control. Methods Multiple detection reference modes were used to monitor the instrument working condition,and the stabilities of the daily testing results were judged,meanwhile the normal fresh blood samples were used as reference specimens. Results When the reference samples were under the room temperature,the test results of white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb) and other parameters measured several times in the 8h were stable,and the deviation was very small.The test results of neutrophils(GR) and lymphocytes(LY) were monitored because of large relative quantity,while the test results of monocytes,eosinophilic granulocytes and basophilic granulocytes were not satisfied because of small amount,poor stability and large variation. Conclusions In the qualified quality circumstances,it is a feasible internal and intraday quality control method for multiple real-time continuous determination of a fresh whole blood sample to monitor the hematology analyzer′s working condition.It can assure the precision and stability of hematology analyzer′s results.
