摘要
目的探讨重新检测第1天血清标本在生化分析仪室内质量中的作用。方法选取第1天保存适宜的一份血清标本作为参考标本,在开机后,在做室内质控的同时,重新检测一次此标本,以第1天结果作比较,用于监控仪器的工作状态和判断检测系统的稳定性。结果参考标本在保存得当的情况下,第2天再次测定结果稳定,两次测定结果相差很小。重新检测相对于第1天结果变异远小于CLIA"88规定CV的1/2。结论在当日质控合格的情况下,选择一份新鲜血清标本,妥善保存,在第2天开机后,做室内质控的同时检验一次此份标本,两次结果比较,可以用于监测仪器的工作状态,是一种可行的室内质量控制方法,与质控品同时使用,更易找出失控原因。
Objective To investigate the re-testing of serum samples from yesterday in the biochemical analyzer indoor quality. Methods The first day save a serum specimens suitable as a reference specimen in the boot, do the internal quality control at the same time, re-tested once this specimen, compared to the first day results, used to monitor instrument status and judgment the stability of the detection system. Results The reference specimens in case stored properly, and again the next da） measurement results, the small difference between two measurements. Re-detected relative to the first day results of variation is much smaller than CLIA＇88 provisions 1/2CV. Conclusions The case of the date of QC qualified, select a fresh serum specimens retain, in the boot of the next day, do the internal quality control while testing the specimens, two results compared with monitoring instruments can be used to work state, is a feasible method of internal quality control, and quality control materials at the same time use, easier to identify runaway reason.
