摘要
本文对换热器进行了(火用)分析,导出了气-气换热器(火用)传递量公式。在此基础上,利用全寿命成本估计法(Life Cycle Cost)对换热器进行了热经济学分析,并对顺流、交叉流和逆流换热器进行了热经济学优化计算。本文提供的方法和所得结论可供设计换热器时参考。
In this pafer the exergy analysis of heat exchanger has teen done and the formola of exergy transmission amount of gas-gas heat exchanger has been put forward.On the basis of mentioned-above work, with the life cycle cost the thermoeconomical analysis of heat exchanger was dore,thermoeccnomically optimizing calculaticns of the downflow,crossflow and counter-flow heat exchangers have been carried out. The method employed and the results obtained in this paper could be used in the design of heat exchangers.
