摘要
依据热力学第二定律和技术经济学原理 ,分别采用动态投资回收期法、净现值法和内部收益率法对余热回收换热器的投资进行了热技术经济分析 ,讨论了换热器传热单元数NTU、冷热流体热容量率比R和换热流型对余热回收换热器投资经济效益的影响。本文的有关方法和结论可为工程上分析换热器及其它节能投资项目的经济合理性和决策投资节能项目时提供参考。
Based on the principles of techno economic theory and the second law of thermodynamics,the thermal techno economic analysis of investment on waste heat recovery exchanger is carried out by using the dynamic investment recovery period method,net present value method and internal rate of income method,the effects of heat transfer units number(NTU),the heat capacity rate ratio of cold and heat fluids(R)and flow patterns on the profits of waste heat recovery exchangers investment are discussed.The method and conclusions from this paper provide the reference for analyzing the economic rationalization of heat exchangers and other energy saving investment projects in engineering and for making decision of investment on energy saving projects.
