摘要
在传统冲压模具设计基本过程和冲模特点的基础上,构建了冲模计算机自动优化设计及生产经济性评价模型并对其具体实现方法的可行性与可靠性进行论述。冲模设计在优化目标函数的约束下进行,可提高设计质量和效率的同时考虑制件生产成本对其设计的影响。为企业提供快捷有效的技术平台和管理决策保障。
The computer automatically stamping die design and production economy evaluation model are established on the process of traditional stamping die design and the features of stamping die.The feasibility and reliability of method of implementation are stated.The quality and efficiency of design can be improved when the stamping die designed is constrained by the optimized objective function.The impact of the cost of production on the design can be considered as the same time.So the modle will offer efficient technical platform and management security for the enterprises.
