摘要
目前脊髓磁共振成像常规检查是诊断脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)的最佳手段,能清楚地显示受压颈髓形态及信号改变,以此明确疾病。但是CSM在磁共振成像常规检查中出现信号改变时往往提示脊髓损伤严重,并非病变的早期,使患者错过最佳治疗时期。而磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)对CSM早期诊断、治疗和预后均具有价值。现就DTI成像原理、扫描技术、正常人脊髓及CSM患者的脊髓DTI表现等国内外研究现状作一综述。
Nowadays traditional MRI is the best method for the diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM),which can show changes of the shape and the signal on the pressed myelo,thus to identify the disease.However,when traditional MRI test shows the changed signal,it often indicates a serious injury of myelo,missing the early stage when it′s the best time for treatment.Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)is valuable for the diagnosis in the early stage,the treatment and the prognosis of CSM.Here is to review the situation of the research of DTI in CSM in the world,with regard to the imaging principle,scanning technique,the DTI features in CSM patients and healthy people.
