摘要
以水为溶剂,磷钨酸为催化剂催化芳香酮、芳香醛和芳香胺Mannich反应,合成了一系列的β-氨基酮衍生物.采用水相反应,反应条件温和,操作简单,产率较高,催化剂用量少,且对环境友好.
Mannich reaction of acetophenone,aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines catalyzed by tungstophosphoric acid in water afforded the corresponding β-amino ketone derivatives in high yields at room temperature.The reaction catalyzed by tungstophoshporic acid has advantage of mild reaction condi-tions,simple workup procedures and easy isolation.
