摘要
综述了近年来国内外果蔬保鲜技术及装备的发展,介绍了现有草莓保鲜技术的工作原理和研究现状;根据我国国情和发展现状,分析了适合我国国情的草莓贮藏与运输保鲜技术的发展趋势,以促进草莓贮藏与运输保鲜技术的进一步研究。
This paper describes the development of technology and equipment of fresh fruits and vegetables at home and abroad in recent years,and the current work principles and research status of preservation technology.In order to further study the preservation technology of storage and transport,the development trend of preservation and transport technology are analyzed based on development status and conditions of China.
