综述了草莓采后生理、品质变化以及低温贮藏、气调贮藏、高氧处理、涂膜、热处理、辐照和化学保鲜技术研究进展。
The physiological and quality changes of strawberry after harvest were summarized, as well as the research progress of low temperature storage, modified atmosphere storage, high oxygen treatment, coating treatment, heat treatment, radiation treatment and chemical storage methods.
