摘要
高职院校二级学院的教学档案是高职教学档案的主体、核心和重点,是评估院系教学管理水平和教育质量的重要依据之一。高职院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台的推行,对高职院校二级学院教学档案的建设与管理提出新的要求。由于人才培养评估数据平台与高职二级学院教学档案管理有密切关系,应关注教学档案建设与管理现状普遍存在的问题,提出加强教学档案建设与管理的有效途径。
Teaching archives for second-level colleges,as the core part of teaching archives in vocational colleges,serves as an important index for assessing a school＇s management level and teaching quality.The implementation of data acquisition platform for talents cultivation work in vocational colleges presents new requirements for teaching archives construction and management for second-level colleges.Due to the close relations between teaching archives management for second-level colleges and data platform for talents cultivation assessment,attentions should be paid to the state of teaching archives construction and management as well as the problems in general.Accordingly approaches are presented for strengthening teaching archives construction and management.
