摘要
当代大学生就业的实质是择业,择业难问题与排斥大众化职业有关,排斥大众化职业意味着人们依然延续着高等教育精英化、非大众化的认识,这是个社会问题也是个教育问题。社会舆论文化偏见的误导,大学教育中对学生的大众化职业素质培养、以及职业理解和自我评价趋向的敷衍,基础教育评价的精英化、非大众化取向的坚守,都存在着外显的或潜隐的教育责任。从"教育就是培养人"的角度来看,我们期待社会舆论文化觉悟、敦促大学教育理念转变、落实基础教育的评价底线。
The essence of employment of contemporary university graduates is to select career.The difficulty in career selection is related with their rejection of popularized career which indicates that people continue holding the idea that higher education is elite-orientated but not mass-oriented.This is not only a social problem but also an educational problem.There are manifest and latent educational responsibilities in the misleading of social public opinion and cultural prejudice,the lack of cultivation of popularized career qualities in higher education,the negligence of the tendency of understanding about career and self-appraisal,and the deep-rooted elite-orientated evaluation of basic education.From the point of view that education is to cultivate people,we expect the consciousness of social public opinion and culture;and urge the transformation of idea of higher education,and the implementation of baseline of evaluation in basic education.
