摘要
[目的]明确湖南省不同地区稻瘟病菌的抗药性。[方法]采用室内抑菌试验方法,对来自湖南省5个不同地区160份稻瘟病菌标样中的98个纯菌株进行了抗药性测定。[结果]稻瘟灵对不同地区稻瘟病菌的平均抑制中浓度(EC50)有很大差异。敏感菌株的平均抑制中浓度,邵阳菌株为10~20 mg/kg,怀化菌株为20~40 mg/kg,常德和郴州菌株均接近50 mg/kg,永州菌株接近40 mg/kg,抗性菌株平均抑制中浓度均大于50 mg/kg。[结论]湖南省大部分地区的水稻稻瘟病菌对稻瘟灵已产生一定抗性,抗性菌株抑制中浓度约为敏感菌株的1.25~5.00倍。
[Objective] The aim was to study the resistance of rice blast to isoprothiolane in different regions of Hunan Province.[Method] The resistance of 98 pure strains which were isolated from 160 rice blast samples in different regions of Hunan Province to isoprothiolane were determined by indoor bacteriostatic test.[Result] There was large difference in the average EC50 of isoprothiolane to sensitive isolates in different regions.The average EC50 of isoprothiolane to sensitive isolates in the regions of Shaoyang,Huaihua,Changde,Chenzhou and Yongzhou were 10-20,20-40,50,50 and 40 mg/kg,respectively.The average EC50 of isoprothiolane to resistant isolates in the five regions were all more than 50 mg/kg.[Conclusion] The rice blast in most areas of Hunan Province has certain resistance to isoprothiolane,and the average EC50 of resistant isolates to isoprothiolane is about 1.25-5.00 times to sensitive ones.
