摘要
针对我国基层县、乡镇、社区及村卫生人才资源匮乏、学历及职称结构不合理等问题,借鉴国外经验,探讨并提出深化继续医学教育、提升基层医师综合业务素质的一些设想。
In view of the problems such as inadequate health personnel in China＇ counties, communities and villages, as well as unsound structure of academic degrees and academic titles, this paper learns from the experience abroad and discusses our thoughts on deepening continuing medical education and improving the comprehensive professional quality of doctors at grassroot-level hospitals.
