摘要
基于对以前学者研究成果的理解和总结,我们将制造业的竞争力分为表现静态的比较优势和表现动态变化的竞争优势。研究表明,虽然长江上游地区是老工业基地,随着经济的发展和我国对外开放程度的加深,制造业竞争力水平逐渐落后于全国的平均水平,从而使一部分产业虽然有竞争优势和发展的潜力,但由于现阶段的种种原因而无法形成现实优势,同时又有一部分既没有比较优势又没有竞争优势的产业出于产业链完整性的需要而在大力的发展,使得该地区的有限资源分散化了,导致长江上游整体制造业在全国处于劣势位置。
Based on previous academic research and understanding of the sum, we make the competitiveness of the manufacturing sector divide into the performance of the static comparative advantages and performance of the dynamic changes in the competitive advantage. Research shows that, although the upriver of Changjiang River is the old industrial base, with the economic developing and extent of China＇s opening to the outside world deepening, the level of competitiveness of the manufacturing industry gradually lagged behind the na- tional average. So that part of the industries competitive advantages and development potential, but at this stage due to various reasons, cant be demonstrated by the formation of real advantage ,and at the same time some sectors which are neither comparative advantage nor competitive advantage are strongly developed to meet the need of integrated industrial chain. It makes the region＇s limited resources disperse, leading to manufacturing sectors of the upriver of Changjiang River at a disadvantage position in the country.
