摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定罗汉果药材的指纹图谱,并用该方法对罗汉果中的指纹峰进行了分析。结果表明,该方法对罗汉果指纹图谱进行分析的稳定性好、精密度高、重复性高,可用于罗汉果的鉴别及质量控制。
The characteristic fingerprint of Garcinia mangostana was established by HPLC.The fingerprint peaks in Garcinia mangostana were analyzed.The result showed that it was a stable,precise and reproducible methods which could be used for identification and quality control of Garcinia mangostana.
