摘要
阐述了棉花品种区域试验的目的,总结了区域试验工作经验全过程。具体内容为区域试验播种前的准备、地理环境条件选择、试验地准备、田间区划的原则、绘制田间种植示意图并划分与插牌、播种方式、田间管理、田间调查记载项目及取样方法、考种与取样、收花轧花、小区计产、搞好试验总结等。该经验可为国家或省区域试验棉花品种审定和推广提供科学依据,为规范棉花品种区域试验工作提供参考。
The experience of whole process of cotton regional test in mound of north Hubei were summarized.The details included preparation before planting,geographical and environmental conditions,preparation for test field,the principles of the field division,drawing planting schematic diagram,dividing field and tagging,sowing method,strengthening field management,field survey and recordation items and sampling methods,testing and sampling,harvesting,measuring trial yield,summaring for the test,and so on.This experience could provide a scientific basis for national or provincial cotton variety regional test.
