摘要
从土样中筛选对棉花黄萎病致病菌大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliaeKleb)具有拮抗作用的芽孢杆菌菌株,初筛得到具有拮抗作用的菌株68株,复筛选出1株拮抗活性较高的菌株DS45-2,通过形态特征观察,生理生化试验及16S rDNA序列分析对此菌株进行鉴定,初步鉴定此菌株属于解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),与相应标准菌株NBRC 15535的16S rDNA序列相似度达99.50%。
The strains with antagonistic activity against Verticillium dahliae Kleb. were screened from the soil. Of the 68 strains obtained, a strain named DS45-2 with a relatively higher antagonistic activity. The strain DS45-2 was further purified and characterized by morphological and culture observation, physiological and biochemical experiments and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Based on the results, the strain was initially identified as a Bacillus amytoliquefaciens. The similarity of the 16S rDNA sequences between strain DS45 2 and the type strain NBRC 15535 of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens was close to 99.50%.
