摘要
柑橘是世界第一大水果,粒化现象严重影响了柑橘的商品价值。对柑橘类果实粒化发生过程中汁胞的解剖结构和相关生理生化指标的变化,以及导致粒化发生的各种因素及控制措施的研究进展进行了综述,展望了从分子育种的角度彻底解决柑橘汁胞粒化的可能性。
The citrus fruits production ranks the frist place in the total fresh produce all over the world,however the granulation phenomenon seriously reduced the value of citrus products.The research advance in exploring the structure,physiology and biochemistry changes,the causation,prevention and cure measure of juice sacs granulation was reviewed.And the expectation of molecule breeding which might resolve the problem downrightly was described.
