摘要
本实验选取28日龄健康AA肉仔鸡90只,随机分为3组,对照组,热应激组和配对组,3个重复,试验期为7d。结果表明,与对照组相比,热应激组AA肉仔鸡平均日增重和平均日采食量分别显著下降65.22%和35.73%(p<0.05),料肉比增加66.97%(p<0.05);腹脂和颈皮下脂肪的相对重量显著增加(p<0.05),腿皮下组织的相对重量有增加的趋势(p>0.05);热应激显著提高了血液中甘油三酯的浓度(p<0.05),而对总胆固醇和游离脂肪酸浓度影响差异不显著。由此可知,热应激可是肉仔鸡生产性能下降,脂肪沉积增加。
Ninety 28-day old healthy AA broilers with similar body weight were randomly allotted to three treatments(3 replicates per treatment with 10 birds per replicate):constant heat stress at 35℃ with ad libitum feeding(acute heat stress group),constant optimal ambient temperature at 22 ℃ with ab libitum feeding(control group),and constant optimal ambient temperature at 22 ℃ but pair-fed with the a mount consumed by the acute heat stress group(pair-fed group).The experiment period was 7 d.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,average daily gain(ADG)in acute heat stressgroup was decreased by 65.22%(P0.05),average daily feed intake(ADFI)was decreased by 35.73%(P0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)was increased by 66.97%(P0.05).The fat deposition of acute heat stressed AA broilers were increased in abdominal fat(P0.05),cervical subcutaneous fat(P0.05),and thigh subcutaneous fat(P0.05).The contents of free fatty acid(FFA)and total cholesterol(TC)in serum of acute heat stressed AA broilers had no significant change,but the contents of triglycefide(TG),were significantly increased(P0.05).These results indicate that acute heat stress decreases growth performance of AA broilers and increases fat deposition.
