摘要
以红曲霉为出发菌株,采用紫外线和5-氟尿嘧啶对其原生质体复合诱变处理,得到一株高产γ-氨基丁酸的菌株ZL307.试验结果表明,经紫外线照射处理150s,以0.3mg/mL的5-氟尿嘧啶处理15min后,γ-氨基丁酸的产量可高达491.1mg/L.与出发菌株相比,产量提高了60%,且高产遗传特性经10次传代仍稳定.
Monascus was used as the starting strain and the protoplasm underwent UV and 5-fluorouracil complex mutation treatment,and a high-yield γ-aminobutyric acid of Monascus strain ZL307 was obtained.The results showed that after UV irradiation for 150 seconds and 0.3 mg/mL 5-fluorouracil treatment for 15 min,the yield of γ-aminobutyric acid was 491.1 mg/L.The production was improved by 60% compared with that of original strain.The production level of this mutant is stable after 10 continuous generations of passage.
