摘要
1,3-丙二醇具有许多优良的化学性质,可以作为中间体合成多种有经济价值的工业用化合物,是一种潜在的重要化工平台产品。文章以产1,3-丙二醇的肺炎克雷伯氏菌为出发菌株,通过紫外诱变筛选得到耐受1,3-丙二醇130 g/L的突变株。该突变株以甘油为底物,发酵48 h,发酵液中1,3-丙二醇的质量浓度达到96.57 g/L。
1,3-Propanediol has many excellent chemical properties.It was an important potential compound for chemical engineering and a good intermediate to synthesize lots of valuable compounds.A mutant which can resist 1,3-PDO concentration 130 g/L was obtained from its parent Klebsiella pheumoniae by UV.Fermentations with glycerol substrate to produce 1,3-PDO by the mutant were carried out for 48 h,and production amounted to 96.57 g/L.
