摘要
人力资源低成本优势在以物质为基础的经济时代为企业发展提供了强劲动力,在向知识型经济时代转变时,人力资源低成本优势不再具有可持续性,企业转而依赖人力资源差异化,然而,组织结构、惯性、人才资源以及成本的制约,亦使企业难以获得持续优势。人力资源可持续发展在于将人力资源低成本和差异化优势相融合。基于当前的理论研究成果和时代发展机遇,提出了人力资源低成本和差异化优势融合的理论构想和策略,以期为企业获取人力资源可持续优势提供参考。
Human resources low-cost advantage has provided strong power for enterprise development in material-based economic era.Along with the advent of knowledge-based economic era,human resource' low-cost advantage is no longer sustainable.Enterprise development turns to rely on human resource differentiation,but restriction of the organizational structure,inertia,human resource and cost,enterprise also could not obtain sustainable advantages from differentiation.Human resource' sustainable development lies in the amalgamation of human resources low-cost advantages and differentiation.Based on the current research achievements and era development opportunities,this article proposes theory conception and strategies of amalgamation of human resource' low-cost advantages and differentiation,to provide the references for enterprise to obtain sustainable advantages.
