摘要
目的探讨消毒供应室集中处理口腔器械的运作模式的有效性。方法运用回顾分析法，分析我院院感科对口腔器械交消毒供应室处理前后清洗、灭菌效果的检测结果。结果口腔科器械交消毒供应中心处理后牙钳、手机的清洁度明显提高。灭菌后的手机HBsAg阳性率明显降低，所有无菌试验检测均未检出菌落。无因器械周转延误病人治疗。结论综合医院可以利用消毒供应室这一平台对口腔器械进行处理，提高口腔科院感控制效果。
