摘要
为了在红外光谱实验中得到高质量的红外谱图,详细分析了样品制备技术、扫描次数、扫描速度、分辨率和数据处理等因素对红外谱图的影响,并以十二烷基硫酸钠为样品进行了实验验证。实验和分析结果表明,要获得高质量的红外光谱图,不仅需要掌握红外光谱的分析方法、样品的制备技术,还要了解样品的性质和结构,选择合适的制样方法和科学的操作技术。该结果对实际的仪器使用者和科研工作者具有指导和借鉴意义。
In order to obtain a qualified infrared spectrum in the IR spectroscopy experiment,the present study has analyzed in detail the effects of sample preparation,number of scans,scan rate,resolution and data processing on the quality of infrared spectrum through the IR spectra of sodium dodecyl sulfate measured under different conditions of experiments.The results show that it is not only essential to master the characteristics of samples and the techniques for sample preparation,but also necessary to choose a proper testing approach and scientific operation technology to get a satisfying infrared spectrum.The results in this study provide reference and guidance for the equipment users and scientific researchers.
