摘要
结合实际课题,提出了在高压开关测试仪中实现Modbus通信接口模块并利用此通用模块将测试仪接入组态软件的思想,开发了基于 AVR微控制器的 Modbus通信接口模块,在此基础上完成了下位机通过 Modbus协议与上位组态软件的实时通信,最终实现了对高压开关测试系统的远程监控。将 Modbus协议做进 8 位的 AT mega128单片机进而实现远距离监控的做法思路新颖,既解决了上位机系统开发驱动程序困难的问题,又因采用已被广泛应用的Modbus协议而使该测试仪的系统集成能力大大增强。
Combining with practical subject, this paper brings fo rward a creative idea which develops a Modbus communication module in High-Volt age measuring instrument and integrates it into the configuration software throu gh the Modbus protocol. Using the Modbus module based on AVR MCU, the system suc ceeds in the real-time communication between the instrument and the configurati on software running on PC, and finally long-distance monitoring is realized. Th e idea of developing a Modbus module in 8-digit ATmega128 is original and not o nly overcomes the difficulty of programming drivers but also enhances the instru ment's integration ability.
