摘要
目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁的疗效及安全性。方法:将100例患者随机分成舒肝解郁胶囊组和盐酸舍曲林组,治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表和汉密尔顿焦虑量表和副反应量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果:舒肝解郁胶囊组对抑郁及伴随的焦虑症状作用明显,不良反应少。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊抗抑郁疗效肯定,依从性好,安全性高,可作为青少年抗抑郁的首选药物。
Purposes ： Study of efficacy and safety 9f shugan Jieyu capsules in treating depression. Watching 100 patients who were divided into two sides , one side used Shuganjieyu Jiaonang capsules, the other side used Sertraline Hydrochloride tablets. After six weeks, using Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale and side - effects scale evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results ： Hugan Jieyu capsules obviously treat depression and anxiety symptoms, less adverse reaction. Conclusion： Shuganjieyu Jiaonang capsules is effective, good, safe, could as juveniles the first antidepressant drug
