摘要
对土壤中分离获得的1株ε-聚赖氨酸产生菌YB12进行形态、生理生化特征和16S rDNA分析,将其归类为白色链霉菌(Streptomyces albus)。通过薄层色谱、高效液相色谱、红外光谱、1~H NMR和Tricine-SDS-PAGE等分析方法对YB12发酵产生的ε-聚赖氨酸进行产物特性和抑菌效果研究。结果表明:白色链霉菌YB12所产聚赖氨酸的单体连接方式为ε型,分子质量为4.85kDa。对其敏感菌枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果明显。
An ε-poly-L-lysine producing strain YB12 isolated from soil was identified as Streptomyces albus based on morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics as well as 16S rDNA analysis.Then thin-layer chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,infrared spectrum,1H NMR and Tricine-SDS-PAGE were used to study the property and antibacterial effect of ε-polylysine produced by strain YB12.The experimental results showed that the monomer of ε-polylysine obtained was linked by epsilon amide bond and the relative molecular weight of ε-polylysine was 4.85 kDa.The antibacterial experiment showed that ε-polylysine obtained had a remarkable antibacterial effect to Bacillus subtilis.
