摘要
比较和评价了Goldmann视野计(以下简称G)和Humphrey视野分析仪(以下简称H)。G和H发现早期视野缺损的差异无显著性,但检测同一区域视野缺损的强度和范围有统计学差异。G可以检测等视线,H可以测量光阈值,结合使用这两种视野计,有助于发现青光眼更早期视野损害。
A comparable study and an appraisal were made to the Goldmann Perimeter and the Humphrey Field Analyzer. There is no statistic difference between both perimeters in testing early glaucoma field defects, but significant difference in the size and depth of the field defect in the same area. The Goldmann Perimeter could be used to detect the changes of isopters, while the Humphrey Field Analy zer, the light threshold. We prefer to the both perimeters in combination.
