摘要
以天津市高校数字图书馆联盟构建的天津高等教育文献保障系统为例,详细阐述了高校数字图书馆联盟在特色数字资源建设项目的选择、建设原则、建设方法、资金支持及标准化等方面所起到的重要作用,对联盟内特色数字资源建设中应注意的问题及要求进行了探讨。
Taking Tianjin Academic Library and Information System constructed by Tianjin University Digital Library Federation as an example, this paper expounds in detail the important functions of University Digital Library Federation in aspects of project selection, construction principle, construction method, fund support, and standardization, etc. of the construction of characteristic digital resources, and probes into the problems needing attention in and the requirements for the construction of characteristic digital resources within the federation.
