摘要
为适应现代医学发展的需要,培养高素质的临床微生物学检验人才,根据检验专业的特点对临床微生物学与检验实验课教学进行初步改革,从加强对学生基本操作技能的训练、改革教学方法、开设综合性实验、改进实验考核办法、重视生物安全教育、加强对任课教师培养等几方面着手,提高了学生学习的积极性,临床操作技能进一步提高,为临床检验工作打下了坚实的基础。
In response to developments in modern medicine,quality personnel must be trained in clinical microbiological testing.Clinical Microbiology and its lab course were preliminarily revised with the following features.Basic skills training was enhanced,the method of instruction was revised,comprehensive labs were initiated,methods of assessment were improved,education in bio-safety was emphasized,and teachers of the course were fostered.These reforms encouraged student enthusiasm and creativity,improved their clinical skills,and provided a solid foundation for their future clinical work.
