摘要 蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫致病性与其基因型密切相关。最近发展的一项分子技术real-time PCR以其实时定量、灵敏度高、特异性强等优势,被广泛应用于病毒、细菌和寄生虫的临床检测。本文就蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫基因型及检测方法的研究进行了综述。 The pathogenicity of giardia is closely related to its genotype.Recent advances in a molecular technique,real-time PCR,have provided real-time quantification,a high degree of sensitivity,a high degree of specificity,and other advantages.This technique is widely used to clinically test for viruses,bacteria,and parasites.This paper summarizes the genotyping and detection of Giardia lamblia.
