摘要
以Vc为对照,采用Fe3+-还原法对藤茶多酚的还原能力进行测定;采用Fenton反应法研究藤茶多酚对羟自由基(.OH)的清除作用;采用邻苯三酚自氧化法研究藤茶多酚对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)的清除作用。结果表明:在本试验质量浓度范围内,藤茶多酚对.OH和O2-.具有一定的清除能力;在质量浓度相同的情况下,藤茶多酚对.OH和O2-.的清除能力比Vc强,其半数抑制率IC50分别为159.09μg/mL和30.97μg/mL,因而藤茶多酚是一种较好的天然抗氧化剂。
In order to explain the oxidation resistance ability of polyphenol from Ampelopsis grossedentata,this manuscript take Vc as the comparison,the reducing power,the ·OH and O2-· eliminate ability of polyphenol from Ampelopsis grossedentata were investigated.The results demonstrated that the ampelopsis grossedentata polyphenols could eliminated OH and O2-·.With the same concentration,the ampelopsis grossedentata polyphenol had stronger ability than that of Vc for elimination OH and O2-·,the half of suppression rate IC50 is 159.09 μg/mL and 30.97 μg/mL,respectively.The above results strong suggested that the ampelopsis grossedentata polyphenols is one kind of good natural oxidation inhibitor.
