摘要
阐述了电子商务信任所涉及的相关概念,以B2C电子商务模式为前提,讨论了目前该模式下存在的信任危机,分析了信任危机的产生原因,期望能够为解决B2C电子商务中的信任危机提供帮助。
Some relevant concepts of E-commerce confidence were described in this paper,and based on the B2C E-commerce,the confidence crisis under the mode was discussed and the causes were analyzed,in order to offer help to solve the confidence crisis in B2C E-commerce.
