摘要
研究肠道细菌数量的变化与免疫机能的关系。以2%的大黄和板蓝根喂饮铜石龙子(Sphenomorphus indicus),在第1、2、4、7、14、21和28天检测铜石龙子肠道细菌数量的变化、抗体效价、血液溶菌酶活性和吞噬细胞的吞噬能力的变化。结果与结论:肠道细菌数量第2天显著高于对照组(P<0.05),第4天达最大(P<0.01),随后下降,第7天与对照组无差异;抗体效价在第4天起显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血液里溶菌酶的活性第2天起显著高于对照组(P<0.05),巨噬细胞的吞噬能力第7天后均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肠道细菌数量的变化趋势和溶菌酶活性及吞噬细胞吞噬能力变化趋势之间不同,肠道细菌数量的变化对免疫机能无影响。
To study the relationship between intestinal bacterium number and the immune function in Sphenomorphus indicus.Feed the Sphenomorphus indicus with 2% rhubarb and indigowoad root.Then,detected the changes of the number of intestinal bacteria in Sphenomorphus indicus,as well as the changes in antibody titer,the activity of lysozyme and phagocytosis of macrophage on 1st,2nd,4th,7th,14th,21th,28th day,respectively.The results showed that the number of intestinal bacteria in Sphenomorphus indicus＇s was obviously larger than that of the control group on the 2nd day（P0.05）,and the number decreased after reached a maximum on the 4th day（P0.01）.It showed no difference between experimental group and the control group（P0.05） on the 7th day.The antibody titer was obviously higher than that of the control group from the 4th day.The activity of the lysozyme in blood was higher than that of the control group from the 2nd day,（P0.05）.The macrophage＇s phagocytosis obviously exceeded that of the control group from the 7th day（P0.05）.It was proved that there was difference among the changes of the number of intestinal bacteria in Sphenomorphus indicus,the activity of the lysozyme and the macrophage＇s phagocytosis,and there were no effects on immune function by the changes in the number of intestinal bacteria.
