摘要
如何培养高素质应用型人才,是高校尤其是地方性院校面临的现实课题。校企合作是培养高素质应用型人才的有效途径。可以在实践教学环节、实践实训基地建设等方面构建校企合作的基本模式,同时要处理好企业的生产经营活动与校企合作的关系、合理分配校企合作的产权成果。
A realistic subject that all the local colleges face is how to develop high-quality applied talents.College-enterprise cooperation is a very effective way to achieve this.Some models can be formed in the process of practice of teaching and establishment of training base.At the same time,a better relationship is also essential between enterprise and college to make sure that certain formal unity can be avoided and property-rights results can be distributed reasonably.
